💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】 Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

【~】 Experience in POS system support is required

【~】 Knowledge or experience in Odoo ERP (added advantage)

【~】 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)

【~】 Basic knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems

【~】 Good communication and problem-solving skills

【~】 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

【~】 Provide support and maintenance for ODOO POS systems used in showrooms

【~】 Assist in maintaining IT systems, backups, and security protocols

【~】 Support system upgrades, updates, and other IT-related tasks

【~】 Maintain proper records of IT equipment and assets
