Monitor incoming orders in real-time
Communicate with the UK warehouse team via CCTV
Ensure timely dispatch and follow-ups
Maintain records of orders and communications
Report any issues or delays promptly
🎯 What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal communication
Confidence in speaking with international teams in real-time
Basic knowledge of e-commerce or warehouse operations
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
