💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ CBA or CCA Qualification of CA Sri Lanka, or equivalent qualification from CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or any other recognized professional body

【~】✪ Minimum of 1 year of experience in internal auditing (manufacturing or industrial setting will be advantageous)

【~】✪ Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and audit techniques

【~】✪ Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems

【~】✪ Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills

【~】✪ Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments

【~】✪ Male candidates below 30 years of age are preferred due to travel and operational requirements

【~】✪ Willingness to travel to outstation locations for factory, field, and distributor audits

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Professionally qualified or partially qualified individual in finance/auditing

【~】✪ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

【~】✪ Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

【~】✪ Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments

【~】✪ Adaptable and willing to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment

【~】✪ High level of integrity and commitment to governance and compliance

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Conduct internal audit assignments in accordance with the annual audit plan

【~】✪ Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions to enhance efficiency and governance

【~】✪ Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to the Head-Internal Audit

【~】✪ Coordinate with various departments and assist in the implementation of audit recommendations

【~】✪ Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding audit issues

【~】✪ Travel to outstation locations as required for factory, field, and distributor audits
