【~】✪ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

【~】✪ Basic understanding of quality control processes and procedures.

【~】✪ Ability to work effectively within a production team environment.

【~】✪ Eagerness to learn and contribute to a G7® Master Certified, ISO 9001:2015 compliant manufacturer.

【~】✪ Assist in monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met for FMCG and export brands.

【~】✪ Support the Quality Assurance team in conducting inspections and tests on folding cartons and value-added packaging.

【~】✪ Help document and report quality issues and non-conformances.

【~】✪ Participate in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and FSC® standards.

【~】✪ Collaborate with the production team to support Sithma 2026 Operations scaling efforts.
