💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background

Lean Manufacturing knowledge (Green/Yellow Belt preferred)

Internship or early experience (first 6 months) with leading companies are most preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Passion for continuous improvement and efficiency

Recent graduate or undergraduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing practices

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Analyze production processes and identify efficiency improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational excellence projects

Participate in process optimization and waste reduction activities

Support production system improvements

Document and report on improvement activities
