ใ~ใโช Minimum 5 to 10 yearsโ experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and systems management
ใ~ใโช Experience in ERP systems and enterprise business applications
ใ~ใโช Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and databases
ใ~ใโช Experience managing multi-location IT environments and branch connectivity
ใ~ใโช Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
ใ~ใโช Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ใ~ใโช Professional IT certifications will be an added advantage

ใ~ใโช Manage overall IT infrastructure including servers, networks, internet connectivity, VPN, cloud systems, and hardware
ใ~ใโช Ensure smooth operation, security, and performance of all IT systems with minimal downtime
ใ~ใโช Oversee ERP systems, finance systems, purchasing systems, and other business applications
ใ~ใโช Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and new branch setups
ใ~ใโช Manage cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery, and data protection measures
ใ~ใโช Supervise IT support services and ensure timely resolution of user issues
ใ~ใโช Manage IT assets, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships
ใ~ใโช Build, develop, and create the right IT team to support business operations and future growth
ใ~ใโช Prepare IT budgets, reports, policies, and improvement plans
ใ~ใโช Lead, guide, and develop the IT team to achieve departmental goals
