PHOTOGRAPHER + VIDEO EDITOR - OPEN DOOR POLICY

We’re looking for a talented Photographer/Videographer + Editor to join our team and bring our signature content to life. Under the guidance of our Creative Director, you’ll be responsible for shooting + editing short form, multi-camera photographs and videos, ensuring they align with the Open Door Policy style and storytelling.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re an experienced photographer and videographer with a passion for high-quality storytelling/how-to content. You have a keen eye for detail, pacing, and visual storytelling, and you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. While this role is primarily on-site, there is some flexibility for remote work—as long as deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities
Shoot and edit short-form, multi-camera videos for social channels
Work closely with the Creative Director to execute the vision of each brief
Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring seamless edits and engaging storytelling
Meet consistent deadlines while keeping the brand’s style and quality intact
Requirements
✅ Proven experience editing how-to videos and multi-camera shoots
✅ Expertise in Adobe + other editing software
✅ Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail
✅ Ability to take creative feedback and work collaboratively
