Import Export Documentation Officer

we are looking for a motivated import and export documentation officer to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing shipping documents, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and ensuring all import/export documentation complies with local and international regulation.

KEY RESPONIBILITIES -:

prepare import and export documents.

coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders.

handle customs documentation.

maintain shipment records.

communicate with clients and suppliers

REQUIREMENTS -:

Diploma or Degree in logistics, buisness, or releted field.

Good English communication skills.

Knowledge of MS office.

Experience in import/export documentation is n advantage.
