Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing technical support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and monitor IT systems, networks, and servers
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and update computer systems and applications
Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place
Assist in implementing new IT solutions and system upgrades
Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic cybersecurity practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
