Passed GCE O/L with a pass for English
Passed GCE A/L in any stream OR a certificate/diploma in Housekeeping, Facility Management, or Hotel Management
Minimum of 06 years of experience as a Housekeeping Assistant OR 03 years of experience in a similar capacity
A pleasing personality with excellent customer service skills
A good command of the English language
Computer literacy
Willingness to work on a shift basis
