🔶Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently maintained across guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures guest satisfaction through quality service and efficient team management.

🟥Key Responsibilities :-

☑️Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations

☑️Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards

☑️Assign duties and schedules to housekeeping staff

☑️Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching

☑️Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment

☑️Monitor inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies

☑️Report maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, furniture) promptly.

☑️Handle guest complaints or requests professionally and efficiently

☑️Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

☑️Maintain housekeeping records and reports

▶️Qualifications & Skills :-

✅Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality (supervisory role preferred)

✅Good knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, and procedures

✅Strong leadership and communication skills

✅Attention to detail and good organizational skills

✅Ability to work under pressure and manage a team

✅Basic computer skills (reports, schedules)

✅Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

🛑Education & Experience :-

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certificate or training in housekeeping/hospitality is an advantage

• Minimum [2–3] years of housekeeping experience preferred

⭕Front Office Assistant / Trainee

💢Responsibilities :-

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures

• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries

• Maintain front desk records and reservations

• Assist with billing, cash handling, and reports

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments

🟥Requirements :-

• School leavers / trainees are welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

⭕Hot & Pastry Items – Kitchen Staff

💢Responsibilities :-

• Prepare hot food and pastry items according to recipes and standards

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards

• Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen operations

• Properly store ingredients and manage food wastage

• Support senior chefs as required

• Basic experience in hot kitchen or pastry section preferred

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety
