A three-storey house’s third floor is available for rent, located in a very quiet area within the Colombo urban environment. It is close to major schools (Ananda College, Nalanda College, Sangamiththa Balika Vidyalaya, Gothami Balika Vidyalaya, Wesley College), the National Hospital (10 minutes), railway stations (Fort – 15 minutes, Maradana – 5 minutes, Dematagoda – 5 minutes, Baseline – 5 minutes), 100 meters to the Dematagoda Police Station, and bus services 166, 164, 154, 152 and 178. It is also 15 minutes to Borella town.
The rental period is 5 years. At the end of the 5-year period, a refundable deposit of Rs. 5m, will be returned. A monthly rent of Rs. 45,000 (negotiable) is required.
