Hotel Manager (Part-Time) & Booking Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Ella, Sri Lanka
We are seeking a proactive, professional, and customer-focused individual to join a well-established boutique hospitality business in Ella.
This is a unique opportunity combining full-time reservation and booking management with part-time on-site hotel management, making it ideal for a responsible individual who enjoys both hospitality operations and guest relations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all hotel reservations through Booking.com, other online travel platforms, and direct bookings.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries.
Coordinate reservations, check-ins, check-outs, cancellations, and special guest requests.
Maintain high occupancy through efficient booking management.
Liaise with housekeeping and operational staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Visit the property and work five (5) days each month as the on-site Hotel Manager to oversee operations, guest satisfaction, and service quality.
Employment Terms
Booking management is a full-time responsibility.
Physical attendance at the hotel is required for five days per month.
Complimentary accommodation and meals will be provided during the on-site working period.
Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package comprising:

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel management, reservations, hospitality, customer service, or tourism will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Computer literacy and confidence in using online booking platforms.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and maintain high service standards.
Experience with Channel Managers, PMS software, or OTA platforms will be an added advantage.
