We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive business growth for our hotel in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations => Oversee front desk, housekeeping, staff scheduling, inventory, and ensure excellent customer service standards.
Wedding & Event Management => Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, functions, and banquets from inquiry to delivery.
Advertising & Marketing => Manage social media accounts, run online promotions, and develop local marketing strategies to drive room bookings and event venue sales.
Staff Supervision => Lead, train, and manage hotel staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in hotel/resort management.
Proven track record in organizing and executing weddings/events.
Experience in social media marketing and advertising strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality is an added advantage.
