【~】✪ Ability to repair/replace air conditioning units, room furniture, fixtures, TV sets, light fixtures, etc.

【~】✪ Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Program and work order process

💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Technically skilled and proactive

【~】✪ Able to resolve work orders in a timely manner

【~】✪ Attentive to guestroom needs and hotel aesthetics

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Performing routine maintenance throughout the property (painting, HVAC adjustments, repairs)

【~】✪ Cleaning and maintaining hotel exterior areas (swimming pool, parking lot, landscape, curb appeal)

【~】✪ Protecting company assets by properly securing tools, equipment, and supplies

【~】✪ Reporting requests for major repairs to the General Manager
