Experienced cook who can prepare Western, Chinese, Indian & Sri Lankan dishes for a tourist bungalow sought urgently. Cleanliness and hygiene focus are an absolute must. The ability to prepare a variety of dishes on short-deadline orders in a nice, presentable form is expected. Previous references will be checked. A salary commensurate with experience can be negotiated.
