Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Sri Lankan and basic international dishes
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
Manage food quality and presentation
Control food stock and reduce waste
Work with the hotel team to improve guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen
Knowledge of hot kitchen (rice, curry, fried items)
Basic knowledge of cold kitchen (salads, breakfast plating) is an advantage
Ability to work flexible hours
Good attitude and teamwork skills
