Heavy Vehicle Driver

We're seeking experienced heavy vehicle drivers to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for safely transporting international tourists in buses and minibuses, providing professional service that enhances their Sri Lankan experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate buses and minibuses for tourist transportation

- Provide courteous, professional service to international guests

- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre-trip inspections

- Follow scheduled routes and timings accurately

- Communicate effectively with guests and tour coordinators

- Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout journeys

Required Qualifications

- Valid heavy vehicle driving license (bus/minibus category)

- Minimum 2-3 years driving experience

- Fluent English (essential for communicating with international guests)

- Clean driving record

- Strong knowledge of local roads and routes

- Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in the tourism industry

- Familiarity with Ella/Yala National Park/Down south and surrounding areas

- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge

- Customer service experience
