
Head of Sales - B2B
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead the B2B growth of SafetySures. This role will focus primarily on building and scaling our presence across key industries, while also overseeing retail channel issues when required. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a proven sales track record, and the ability to drive revenue through relationship-based selling.
đKey Responsibilities
đšLead and drive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
đšDevelop and manage relationships with key clients across industries:
~Construction
~Restaurants / Hospitality
~Plantations
~Manufacturing
~Government / Institutional sectors
đšIdentify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
đšManage the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation, negotiation, closing)
đšHandle and support tender processes (RFPs, RFQs, documentation, submissions)
đšOversee and resolve retail channel issues as needed (minimal involvement)
đšBuild, mentor, and manage the sales pipeline and reporting systems
đšCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on business goals
đšTrack performance metrics and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
đRequired Skills & Qualifications
đšMinimum 4â5 years of experience in B2B sales
đšProven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
đšStrong existing network and relationships within:Construction, manufacturing, hospitality, plantations, or government sectors
đšExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
đšAbility to work independently and drive results
đNice to Have
đšExperience handling government or corporate tenders
đšPrior experience in safety products, industrial supplies, or related sectors
đšLeadership or team management experience
