### Key Responsibilities
* Welcome residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
* Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure resident satisfaction.
* Coordinate VIP guest arrivals and special requests.
* Manage telephone, email, and front-office communications.
* Maintain positive relationships with residents and visitors.
* Assist management with administrative and guest service-related tasks.
### Qualifications
* Female candidates aged between 22 and 40 years.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Email, Internet).
* Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
### Added Advantages
* Previous experience in hotels, tourism, luxury apartments, airlines, or customer service environments.
* Training or qualifications in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or Customer Relations.
* Ability to communicate effectively with local and international guests.
