ใ~ใ Age between 30 โ 45 (Male / Female)
ใ~ใ MBA or Degree in Hospitality / Business Management or relevant field (preferred)
ใ~ใ 2โ5 years of experience in a relevant field (preferred)
ใ~ใ Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours
ใ~ใ Ability to take quick decisions
ใ~ใ Good communication skills in English; Tamil language is an added advantage
ใ~ใ Sound knowledge of digital media platforms
ใ~ใ Proficient in Microsoft Office environment

ใ~ใ Manage and respond to guest complaints on digital media platforms
ใ~ใ Handle all guest complaints received through the hotline
ใ~ใ Organize and manage customer trials for product feedback
ใ~ใ Conduct product training for new call center agents and perform regular audits
ใ~ใ Supervise the guest relations team and make quick decisions on major complaints
ใ~ใ Collaborate with operations to improve outlet performance
ใ~ใ Provide customer service training to enhance front counter service across all brands
ใ~ใ Prepare weekly reports for the CEO on location performance and other related reports
