Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude and provide Outstanding customer service.
Manage check in and check out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Handle reservations cancellation and inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Handling & coordinating Banquet Hall Function before function, on the function day and after the function.
Provide information about hotel services and product for customers.
Maintain front area and Banquet Hall properly by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance department.
Qualifications - GCE Advanced level or relevant educational qualification
Excellent communication skills in English is an advantage
Required two years’ experience in hotels with banquet Operation
