• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude and provide Outstanding customer service.
• Manage check in and check out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Handle reservations cancellation and inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Handling & coordinating Banquet Hall Function before function, on the function day and after the function.
• Provide information about hotel services and product for customers.
• Maintain front area and Banquet hall properly by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance department.
• Qualifications - GCE Advanced level or relevant educational qualification
• Excellent communication skills in English is an advantage
• Food will be provided.
