Key Requirements:
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
* Strong understanding of design principles, layouts, and color theory
* Ability to create designs for print (flyers, banners, business cards, etc.)
* Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
* Previous experience working in a printing press or print production environment
* Knowledge of print formats, bleed, and file preparation
