We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Garment Pattern Design & Technical Executive to join our manufacturing team.

✨️ Job Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing accurate patterns, supporting sample development, and ensuring technical accuracy in garment production from concept to final output.

✨️ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Create and develop garment patterns based on design specifications

🔹 Interpret technical sketches and design sheets

🔹 Coordinate with sample room and production teams

🔹 Ensure accurate fitting and size grading

🔹 Support sample development and pre-production processes

🔹 Identify and resolve pattern/fit issues

🔹 Maintain technical files and documentation

🔹 Ensure production feasibility and quality standards

✨️ Requirements

🔹 Experience in garment pattern making & technical coordination

🔹 Knowledge of CAD pattern systems will be an advantage

🔹 Strong understanding of garment construction & fitting

🔹 Attention to detail and accuracy

🔹 Ability to work with production & design teams

🔹 Relevant qualifications in Textile / Apparel Technology preferred
