Full-Time House Caretaker (male) – Polhengoda/kirulapona

We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable, and responsible male caretaker to look after a family home in the Polhengoda/Kirulapona area. The homeowners travel overseas frequently, so we are looking for someone who can independently maintain the property and ensure it remains in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

General cleaning and upkeep of the house

Routine property maintenance and basic repairs (where applicable)

Garden care and outdoor maintenance

Ensuring the home is secure and well-maintained while the owners are away

Preparing home-cooked meals when the owners are in residence

Assisting with other household duties as required

Requirements:

Honest, dependable, and trustworthy

Able to work independently and take initiative

Previous experience in household or property maintenance is an advantage

Good organizational and time management skills
