ใใโช Minimum qualification: O/L or A/L with computer proficiency
ใใโช Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (salary based on experience)
ใใโช Strong communication skills required
ใใโช Language Requirements:
โข English โ Compulsory (Read / Write / Speak)
โข Sinhala โ Optional (Read / Write / Speak)
โข Tamil โ Optional (Read / Write / Speak)
ใใโช Age between 20 โ 40 years
ใใโช Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply
ใใโช Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling
ใใโช Hospitality qualifications will be an added advantage

ใใโช Manage front desk operations including guest check-in and check-out
ใใโช Handle reservations (OTA bookings & walk-in guests)
ใใโช Perform billing and cashiering duties
ใใโช Respond to guest inquiries and handle complaints professionally
ใใโช Coordinate with housekeeping for room status, arrivals, and departures
ใใโช Maintain daily occupancy reports and update room allocations
ใใโช Assist with night audit tasks including billing preparation and room mapping
ใใโช Coordinate with management for stock replenishment and laundry operations
ใใโช Use MS Office tools and email systems for daily operations

ใใโช Day Shift: 08:00 AM โ 04:00 PM
ใใโช Noon Shift: 02:00 PM โ 10:00 PM
ใใโช Night Shift: 08:00 PM โ 08:00 AM

ใใโช Salary: LKR 40,000 (first 6 months) will be revised to LKR 45,000 after probation period.
ใใโช Daily Food Allowance: LKR 900
