Responsibilities
• Front desk එක handle කිරීම
• Incoming calls attend කරලා proper departments වෙත direct කිරීම
• Clients/visitors welcome කරලා assist කිරීම
• Appointments & schedules manage කිරීම
• Emails & documents handle කිරීම
• Office coordination & admin support දීම
Requirements
• Office/Customer service experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Good communication skills (Sinhala / English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
• Friendly & professional personality
• Time management skills
