Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) Machine Technician

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technician for Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machines to join our production and maintenance team. If you have hands-on experience with automated packaging systems and a strong technical background, we want to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machines

• Perform regular preventive maintenance and minimize downtime

• Calibrate and adjust machine settings for different packaging materials and sizes

• Identify mechanical or electrical faults and perform necessary repairs

🔹 Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with FFS machines (vertical or horizontal)

• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

• Knowledge of sensors, pneumatics, motors, and servo systems

• PLC knowledge is considered an added advantage

• Ability to work in shift-based environments

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
