Foreign Coordinator
We are looking for a professional and friendly Foreign Coordinator to support foreign patients and ensure they receive a smooth and comfortable experience at our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
-Communicate with foreign patients and assist them throughout their hospital visit.
-Coordinate appointments, consultations, investigations, treatments, and follow-ups.
-Communicate clearly between international patients, doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
-Assist patients with medical-related information, hospital procedures, and practical arrangements.
-Maintain good relationships with international patients and provide excellent customer service.
-Handle patient communication through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
-Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling patient information.
Requirements:
-Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
-Friendly, professional, and patient-focused personality.
-Good organizational and coordination skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple patients at the same time.
*Additional foreign-language skills are an added advantage.
* Passed G.C.E (A/L)
* Previous Experience will be an added advantage
* Good communication skills in English
