3. Manage and train production staff, arrange work shifts, and improve team efficiency and work attitude.
4. Coordinate with quality control, warehouse and other departments to solve problems in production timely.
5. Maintain production equipment, check operation status and report abnormal situations in time.
6. Strictly implement workshop hygiene and safety management, eliminate potential safety hazards.
7. Count production data, fill in production reports and complete other tasks assigned by the company
