Job Description
Hotel East Lagoon – Batticaloa is looking for energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverages Staff to support restaurant and banquet operations. The role includes serving guests professionally, taking orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards according to hotel policies.
- Requirements
Male candidates
Age between 18 – 35 years
Minimum G.C.E. O/L qualification
At least 1 year experience in hotel or restaurant F&B service preferred
Ability to serve guests professionally
Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
Basic knowledge of English (speaking & understanding)
Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must strictly follow all rules, regulations, and policies of the Hotel Management
