We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team as a Finance Executive. In this role, you will work alongside our current Finance Executive to strengthen our financial controls, ensure rigorous statutory compliance, and provide high-level financial insights to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will bring advanced technical expertise to streamline our fiscal operations and support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
Conduct deep-dive variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with the existing finance team to manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
Statutory Compliance & Audit
Lead the end-to-end statutory audit process, serving as the primary point of contact for external auditors.
Ensure 100% compliance with tax regulations (Direct and Indirect), including timely filings and assessments.
Monitor changes in financial legislation and ensure the company’s policies remain up to date.
Internal Controls & Strategy
Design and implement robust internal financial controls to mitigate risk and prevent fraud.
Assist the Director in long-term financial planning, budgeting, and capital expenditure analysis.
Optimize accounting workflows and ERP utilization to improve department efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Proficiency in Quickbooks and tally
Experience 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate finance environment.
Technical Skills: * Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, or Microsoft Dynamics).
Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
