💼 POSITION :

FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR

💠 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or a similar industry.

Experience in stationery product sales is an added advantage.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of territory demographics and dealer networks.

Ability to manage data systems and ensure accurate reporting.

💠 RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage the sales force in the assigned region.

Handle distributor management and dealer coordination.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Ensure timely deliveries, proper stock management, and adherence to FIFO practices.

Expand market reach through dealer visits and improved product visibility.

Maintain accurate sales and stock data; address dealer queries and complaints promptly.

Monitor competitor activities and support counter strategies.
