💼 POSITION: Field Sales Executive – Fitness & Gyms (Long-Term Role)
We are a growing local nutrition brand expanding into gyms and fitness centres.
This role is for one dedicated field sales executive we intend to grow with us long-term.
This is not a short-term commission hustle.
The first few months are focused on onboarding gyms, building relationships, and learning the product.

✔ 1–4 years’ experience in field sales (FMCG / B2B preferred)
✔ Comfortable selling products in the LKR 2,500–5,000 price range
✔ Valid motorbike license & own bike
✔ Can work independently with clear direction
✔ Confident in face-to-face conversations and negotiation
✔ Looking for a stable role with long-term growth, not frequent job changes
💠 Responsibilities
✪ Visit gyms and fitness centres in assigned areas
✪ Introduce products, explain pricing & margins
✪ Onboard new gym accounts and manage relationships
✪ Follow up, collect orders, and coordinate deliveries
✪ Provide simple daily activity updates
✪ Expand into new areas once initial locations are covered
