ใ~ใโข We are looking for dynamic and responsible Field Officers / Field Supervisors to oversee on-site operations and technical teams.
ใ~ใโข The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring quality control, managing field activities, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients on-site.
# ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ :
ใ~ใโข Diploma or certificate in a technical or management field from a recognized institution.
ใ~ใโข Proven experience in a supervisory or field officer role, preferably in engineering or HVAC.
ใ~ใโข Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
ใ~ใโข Strong customer service mindset.
ใ~ใโข Must possess a valid driving/riding license and be willing to travel to project sites.
ใ~ใโข Ability to work independently and manage technical teams efficiently.

ใ~ใโข Supervise on-site installations, maintenance projects, and technical teams.
ใ~ใโข Ensure all field work complies with company quality standards and safety regulations.
ใ~ใโข Act as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site operations.
ใ~ใโข Assess project requirements, estimate site materials, and report progress to management.
ใ~ใโข Troubleshoot and resolve logistical or technical challenges that arise on-site.
ใ~ใโข Monitor team performance and ensure timely project completion.
