【~】✪ Male candidates aged 40-60 years with a pleasant personality.

【~】✪ Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) and G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L).

【~】✪ Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

【~】✪ Good health and physically fit to work in estate operations.

【~】✪ Ability to communicate in Tamil.

【~】✪ Sound knowledge of tea cultivation. Knowledge of vegetable cultivation and minor crops will be an added advantage.

【~】✪ Ability to plan, supervise, and achieve daily operational targets of the estate.

【~】✪ Good leadership, communication, and supervisory skills.

【~】✪ Ensure compliance with estate policies and procedures.

【~】✪ Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency.
