JOB VACANCY – FEMALE RECEPTIONIST
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and manage email inquiries
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars when required
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
• Maintain records, databases, and basic administrative documentation
• Assist with office tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and data entry
• Coordinate with internal departments and support HR/Admin when needed
• Uphold confidentiality and company policies at all times
• Ensure a smooth flow of communication within the office
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum A/L qualification or equivalent
• Age between 20-30 years old
• Previous experience in front desk or administrative role (advantage-Not compulsory)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala/Tamil
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Email Handling, Basic Typing)
• Positive attitude, customer service mindset, and well-groomed personality
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
