Minimum educational qualification: G.C.E. O/L or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar clerical, retail, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
Training will be provided.
Good communication skills in Sinhala and basic English.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
Pleasant personality with a strong customer service attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Must be honest, punctual, and well-organized.
