We are looking for an experienced **Female Café Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our café outlets. We currently have three branches in and around Colombo and are rapidly expanding.

✨Requirements✨

* Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a similar position

* Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English

* Age between 30–50 years

* Candidates from **Malabe and Rajagiriya** are preferred

✨Key Responsibilities✨

* Recruit, train, and supervise staff

* Manage daily operations across outlets

* Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards

* Promote and market the business

* Monitor stock levels and manage supplies

* Handle customer inquiries and complaints

* Supervise and support staff

* Prepare staffing and sales reports

* Maintain financial and statistical records

* Monitor and improve profitability

* Coordinate with customers, employees, suppliers, and relevant authorities

* Identify improvements and support the development of café outlets
