Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling financial records accurately and maintaining proper accounting standards within the organization including stock Management.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts

Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers

Handle daily accounting transactions and bank reconciliations

Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

Coordinate with management on financial matters

Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related field

Previous experience in accounting (preferred)

Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Female candidates preferred

Age: 20 – 35 years
