Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Agriculture/Estate Management/Agricultural Science or related fields from a recognized University.
Previous experience in plantation, coconut, cashew farming.
Should have good knowledge of estate management, documentation, monitoring and
operational processes.
Should be proficient in planning, human resource practices and labor
management.
Ability to analyze situations and implement effective solutions.
Salary will be negotiated
