Factory Supervisor

A well-established PVC Manufacturing Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Factory Supervisor for immediate recruitment.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of PVC extrusion machines

• Sound knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to manage factory workers and production processes

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Age below 45 years (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations

• Monitor machine performance and maintenance

• Handle basic electrical repairs and coordinate major breakdowns

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
