Factory Manager

Our company has a vacancy for a factory manager. The role holder will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the factory ensuring efficient production. Consistent quality timely deliveries and cost-effective operations. The factory manager will also drive continuous improvement initiatives while fostering employee development and high-performance culture.

The Person

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field from a recognized university or institution.

• Strong , proven technical knowledge and hands on expertise in printing technology.

• Strong analytical and leadership skills

• Good communication skills

• A minimum of five years experience in a senior position or similar capacity.

• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirement.

• Familiarity with ERP systems

Remuneration offered, which commensurate with the qualification and experience. Will not be a constraint for the ideal candidates.
