Your role will involve
Ensure timely sourcing and supply of raw materials while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with industries, waste collectors, suppliers, and customers.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure raw material quality and support operational planning.
Manage product sales and distribution to meet customer and business needs.
Conduct site visits to identify waste management issues and support solution development.
Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals with customized waste management solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, Waste Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client coordination, preferably in industrial or environmental sectors.
Knowledge of waste management and recycling operations is an added advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and reporting skills with MS Office proficiency.
Willingness to travel for field visits; a valid driving license is an added advantage.
