ใ~ใ A minimum of 01 year of experience
ใ~ใ Experience in last mile delivery and customer service/sales (added advantage)
ใ~ใ Fluent in English and Sinhala; ability to speak in Tamil (added advantage)
ใ~ใ Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office packages

ใ~ใ Act as the main point of contact for all matters relating to client concerns and needs for assigned clients
ใ~ใ Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
ใ~ใ Maintain accurate client records, tracking contract updates and renewals
ใ~ใ Work with sales and internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are met
ใ~ใ Develop a thorough understanding of products and service offerings to upsell and cross-sell to clients
ใ~ใ Handle inquiries and requests from customers in the territory and address their needs
ใ~ใ Stay updated on assigned accounts to ensure services meet client budgets and needs
ใ~ใ Coordinate regularly with team members to discuss progress and improve business
