EXECUTIVE – CREDIT (IJARAH)
ALTERNATIVE FINANCE BUSINESS UNIT (ISLAMIC FINANCE)
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively market a diverse range of credit products to achieve and exceed set targets.
• Build and maintain strong personal rapport with customers while continuously expanding the customer base.
• Execute impactful marketing and promotional activities related to credit offerings.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and top management.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient customer service.
Qualifications:
• Age between 23 – 35 years.
• Friendly, outgoing, and dynamic personality.
• Qualification or part qualification in SLIM, CIM, or a recognized degree (an added advantage).
• Proven track record in Sales and Marketing of credit products within a Bank or Licensed Finance
Company; candidates with service sector experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Target-driven team player with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with proficiency in Sinhala and/or
Tamil considered an added advantage.
