ใ~ใ Proven expertise in menu planning, recipe development, food cost control, and kitchen operations management
ใ~ใ Strong knowledge of Western, Italian & Asian cuisine preparation
ใ~ใ Exceptional leadership and team management skills to manage and train kitchen staff
ใ~ใ Discipline & efficiency are essential
ใ~ใ Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala & English
ใ~ใ Food safety & hygiene standards certification is essential
ใ~ใ Candidates living closer to Kalutara, Beruwala, Benthara, Induruwa, Welipenna & Aluthgama preferred
