The Estate Supervisor – Madurankuliya Estate is responsible for overseeing day-to-day estate and field operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with agricultural best practices.

The role requires strong people management capabilities, hands-on operational supervision, and commitment to meeting modern production standards while preserving sustainable agricultural practices.

The supervisor will also be accountable for timely completion of the DWARF plant planting project in line with defined quality and timeline standards.
