🔹 වගකීම් | Key Responsibilities
🪡 Machine Operation
• Single-head industrial embroidery machines setup කිරීම සහ operate කිරීම
🎨 Design & Digitizing
• Embroidery designs create / edit / adjust කිරීම (Polo shirts, caps, school uniforms etc.)
• Digitizing files handle කිරීම
✅ Quality Control
• Stitching process එක monitor කර defects identify කිරීම
• Consistent quality standards maintain කිරීම
🛠️ Maintenance
• Machine cleaning, oiling සහ basic troubleshooting (needle change, thread tension adjustments)
🧶 Material Preparation
• Correct thread, stabilizer සහ hooping process එක ensure කිරීම
🔹 අවශ්යතා | Requirements
✔️ අවමයෙන් 2-3 years experience industrial embroidery machine operation
✔️ Embroidery software (Wilcom / Hatch / Tajima DG) පිළිබඳ දැනුම
✔️ Thread types, fabric stabilizers & logo placement පිළිබඳ හොඳ අවබෝධයක්
✔️ Detail-oriented & accurate working skills
✔️ Design briefs සහ mockups අනුව නිවැරදිව වැඩ කිරීමේ හැකියාව
✔️ Kurunegala location එකේ වැඩ කිරීමට හැකි වීම
