Responsibilities:
• Service, repair, and maintain VRV/VRF systems, inverters, chillers, and Air Handling Units (AHUs), including chemical cleaning, refrigerant gas top-ups, and filter cleaning.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, distribution boards (DBs), wiring, lighting, and power points.
• Install new split, cassette, and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems, ensuring proper electrical connections, earthing, and drainage.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance (PM) in line with company SOPs to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform general building maintenance tasks such as lighting repairs and occasionally support plumbing and building automation systems.
• Maintain accurate electrical logs and service records, while ensuring full compliance with safety standards and local codes.
Ideal Candidate
• Successfully completed G.C.E. O/L with NVQ Level 3 certification.
• Possesses 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical and air conditioning systems.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Has good communication skills, with the ability to clearly report issues and coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
